Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee is real! It takes the worry out of your IT cleaning decisions. Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee forms one of the key pillars in our commitment to delivering to you a consistently high level of customer service.
1. Service quality guarantee
We pride ourselves on the consistency of our service. We train (properly) all of our equipment hygiene operatives – and provide regular refresher / new compliance courses. This commitment to training & development ensures our customers are completely satisfied with professionalism of our work.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the standard of our work, the respect of your equipment or other reasons for a dissatisfaction – simply contact us within 48 hours of the work being completed and we will, at no extra cost, rectify your complaint inside 7 working days.
2. Price guarantee
We will always offer a fixed per-unit price, or in the case of Data Room cleaning, a fixed price. This means that the cleansing will be completed on budget, without any hidden fees or surprises.
If we are asked to cleanse any additional equipment whilst on site, no problem! We’ll record this extra work on your job card which will be charged for at the pre-agreed per-unit price.
3. Product guarantee
Many of the specialist cleaning & detergent products applied are unique to Techclean. They have been developed specifically for deep cleaning & protection of IT equipment. Tried, tested & certified as being safe to use (safe to the hardware and to the equipment user after application).
