The primary purpose of Techclean is to supply goods or services to the satisfaction of the Customer, generating a level of profit, which provides an adequate return on capital invested. To achieve this it is necessary to maintain a good quality of service to the Customer and to avoid costs associated with errors that do not contribute to quality. Both of these factors are particularly important to Techclean and their Franchisees.
Techclean and all its Franchisees operate a quality assurance management system based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 that is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports its strategic direction. This Quality Assurance Manual describes the organisation and the policies appropriate to achieve that and provides a framework for setting quality objectives.
Techclean has total commitment to Quality and applicable requirements in all its activities and to the improvement of the effectiveness of its Management System and objectives are established to attain this. The requirements of this Manual are mandatory for all personnel concerned with providing the service.
The quality system is reviewed on a regular basis by the Quality Manager for compliance with ISO 9001:2015. The results of these reviews are issued to the Board of Directors and other senior personnel/Franchisees who are committed to the continual improvement of the quality management system.
